Our company has been established since 1979, we have earned a reputation for the highest standard of repair to accident damaged motor vehicles. Our membership to the ABP Club guarantees the customer peace of mind. Regular inspections of our facilities and workmanship ensures that the vehicle is in the safest of hands.
Added to our portfolio 7 years ago, we now operate an Autocentre where we carry out Motorcycle Repairs, Quick Fit Tyres, Air Conditioning and Auto diagnostics amongst general mechanical repairs. We now consider our company as a “One Stop Shop” where we can cater for everyone’s needs including work for major Insurance Companies, Accident Management Companies, Lease and Car Hire Companies.
Old fashioned values, care, courtesy, punctuality and reliability means that our company’s aim of satisfaction is maintained from vehicle recovery to helping with claims procedures. Our staff are trained to a high standard to meet everyone’s requirements.
We collect customers’ vehicles within a 90 mile radius, incorporating a 24 hour recovery service. All vehicles are collected from and delivered back to customers on one of our 3 Mitsubishi Canter Recovery Vehicles by our competent, fully trained Recovery Drivers.
Subject to our terms and conditions, most customers will be supplied with one of our Courtesy Cars, which include Automatic and Group B vehicles. Whilst driving our Courtesy Cars the customer will be covered on our insurance (subject to terms and conditions). We operate a fleet of 38 Courtesy Cars.
It is our policy to repair all vehicles to manufacturers’ specifications, this means wherever possible we will use original parts only. Our confidence in our standard of repair ensures that we can offer total protection after the work is completed. All repairs carried out by ourselves will be covered by a three year guarantee depending on the age and condition of the vehicle.
Our Bodyshop is one of the best equipped in the area, we have state of the art paint spraying and drying equipment which includes low bake ovens to ensure a long lasting and professional finish. We give a six year guarantee on all our paintwork, we also use the latest in body jigs and computerised four wheel alignment systems which ensures that all our vehicles are realigned back to manufacturers’ specifications.
We are an environmentally friendly Bodyshop and use all compliant products which include water based paints and we also recycle all of our solvents. Our dedicated team of experienced technicians take pride in producing repairs that ultimately look as good as new.
We are now a BSI Kitemark accredited PAS 125 bodyshop and have invested in the relevant welding equipment to achieve the standard required.
We aim to ensure a quick turn around on all repairs to hopefully eliminate any prolonged inconvenience and frustration to the customer. Our aim is to have the customer back behind the wheel as fast as we can.
